Purchase process:

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the payment interface.

Payment security:

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS . Payment is made outside the Webshop in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying with a credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store's current account.

The owner of the online store is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Welcome to OutfitGo's website return policy, which complies with European Union consumer protection laws. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, so we offer clear and transparent conditions regarding returns. Return conditions:

1.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without stating a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. 1.2 The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, in good condition, unused and without defects. 1.3 All product labels and labels must be attached to the returned product.

Return deadline:

2.1 The deadline for using the right of withdrawal is 14 days from receiving the product. 2.2 The return request must be submitted in writing to our customer support by e-mail at [email protected] before the expiry of the right of withdrawal period.

Return process:

3.1 When submitting a return request, we ask customers to provide the following information:

Order number

Product name and code

Desire to withdraw from purchase

3.2 After receiving the request, our customer support will contact you to confirm the return request and provide instructions for the further process.

Return costs:

4.1 The customer is obliged to return the product and bear the return costs, unless the return is due to the wrong product or defect sent by us.

Refund:

5.1 After receiving and inspecting the returned product, OutfitGo will issue a refund to the same payment method as the purchase or issue an online store credit. 5.2 Refunds or online store credits are issued no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or receiving the customer's withdrawal statement.

Exceptions:

6.1 In some cases, certain product categories may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. In this case, we will provide a clear notification on the product page.

7.1 Please direct all questions and other exceptions related to returns to our customer support at [email protected] 7.2 According to the laws of the European Union, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase only if the product is returned unused and in good condition.

Transportation:

Delivery costs are always added to the customer's invoice. All shipping costs are broken down by geographic area; countries that are not on this list will receive a quote at checkout upon confirmation of purchase. Each shipping cost is calculated by volume and according to the destination country of the order.

For destinations outside of Europe, customs and tax charges may be applied according to the applicable regulations of the destination country. For more information, contact the customs office of the country of destination.
